Mansi is an accomplished leader in sustainability and business improvement, with extensive experience across the aviation and telecommunications sectors. She has led transformative programs that drive operational excellence, environmental responsibility, and long-term value creation.

In her current leadership role, Mansi has successfully designed and executed enterprise sustainability strategies aligned with global standards and corporate objectives. She established an environmental management system aligned with ISO 14001 standards and IATA’s Environmental Assessment (IEnvA) programme, along with successful participation in internationally recognized platforms including the Carbon Disclosure Project and EcoVadis ratings.

Mansi has consistently delivered high-impact results across procurement transformation, carbon emissions reporting, and ESG integration. She has also launched and scaled operational excellence initiatives that empower internal teams to lead measurable change—one of which turned a loss-making unit into a profitable operation within two years.

Deeply committed to knowledge sharing and capacity building, Mansi designed and implemented the Business Improvement Champions Programme, which has trained over 100 employees. This initiative has driven impactful improvement and cost-saving projects across multiple business units. In parallel, she launched a company-wide Sustainability Awareness Programme, embedding sustainability into the organizational culture by making the course mandatory for all employees—ensuring that environmental responsibility is not just a priority, but part of the company’s DNA.
Earlier in her career, she held pivotal roles in leading loyalty and telecom organizations, where she drove business and process enhancements, optimized systems, and championed customer experience improvements. Her strong foundation in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and service innovation laid the groundwork for her strategic leadership today.

Mansi holds an MBA and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management. She has also completed the Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies course at Cambridge Judge Business School, deepening her expertise in designing regenerative, future-ready business models. Her strategic mindset, combined with a hands-on approach to implementation, makes her a dynamic force for positive change in complex, fast-paced environments. She remains deeply committed to building sustainable, efficient, and forward-looking organizations—delivering impact that extends beyond operations into the broader industry landscape.

Luzelle Berger is a seasoned sustainability professional with over 18 years of experience in environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and ESG reporting. She has a proven track record of leading carbon reduction initiatives, net-zero road mapping, and environmental compliance in the aviation, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.

As the UK Sustainability Manager, Luzelle oversees the development and execution of sustainability strategies across the UK and Northern Europe, aligning operations with global sustainability goals. She works closely with key stakeholders, including Heathrow Airport, to implement measurable improvements in climate action, ESG strategy, and corporate sustainability communications.

Previously, Luzelle served as Sustainability Manager at Etihad Airways, where she spearheaded the airline’s award-winning sustainability programs, implemented biodiversity conservation policies, and developed ESG frameworks that enhanced the company’s environmental impact. Her expertise includes ESG reporting (CDP, GRI, Ecovadis), circular economy initiatives, environmental data management, and compliance with international sustainability standards (ISO 14000, 50001, IEnvA, SECR, ESOS).

Beyond her corporate leadership, Luzelle is passionate about educating organizations on sustainable practices, fostering partnerships, and driving impactful change in the industry. She is an active member of the Energy Managers Association (EMA), Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM), and the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
