Deeply committed to knowledge sharing and capacity building, Mansi designed and implemented the Business Improvement Champions Programme, which has trained over 100 employees. As the UK Sustainability Manager, Luzelle oversees the development and execution of sustainability strategies across the UK and Northern Europe, aligning operations with global sustainability goals. She works closely with key stakeholders, including Heathrow Airport, to implement measurable improvements in climate action, ESG strategy, and corporate sustainability communications.

Previously, Luzelle served as Sustainability Manager at Etihad Airways, where she spearheaded the airline’s award-winning sustainability programs, implemented biodiversity conservation policies, and developed ESG frameworks that enhanced the company’s environmental impact. Her expertise includes ESG reporting (CDP, GRI, Ecovadis), circular economy initiatives, environmental data management, and compliance with international sustainability standards (ISO 14000, 50001, IEnvA, SECR, ESOS).

Beyond her corporate leadership, Luzelle is passionate about educating organizations on sustainable practices, fostering partnerships, and driving impactful change in the industry.
